Police have arrested a man from Richmond who is accused of shoplifting from one store and robbing another Wednesday night. Court documents say it started just after 5 p.m. at Purple Haze. 20-year-old Alexander Harvey-Ogento is accused of grabbing a bag of items and fleeing the store.
