Grayson County authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding two missing teens. Marisa Hay, 17, of Clarkson, was reported missing Thursday. She is described as having brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and 220 pounds. Hay was last seen wearing blue jeans and a maroon hooded sweatshirt. Authorities said she might be with her boyfriend in Hardin County.
Kentucky House passes bill to ban abortions after 11 weeks
Emergency crews battled an apartment fire Sunday in the Chickasaw neighborhood. Firefighters were dispatched to a fire at a two-story apartment building in the 3900 block of Garland Avenue just before 12:30 p.m.
Two children were killed in a Sunday afternoon crash in Hardin County. Troopers said a minivan tire blew, causing the driver to lose control on the Bluegrass Parkway. The minivan flipped and ended up in another lane. It was then struck by an SUV.
An Elizabethtown man is accused of using a cellphone to promote a girl for sex acts. Radcliff police arrested Dale Brunson late Friday night. Investigators said he admitted to promoting a 13-year-old girl to perform sexual activities in exchange for money.
The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the area of Cane Run Road. Officials said 2nd Division officers responded to a trouble report in the 4400 block of Tara Gale Court just around 8 p.m. Saturday. When officers arrived at the scene, they reportedly found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing child. They say that 3-year-old Hailie Mays was taken by her father off Ray Johnson Road around 6:10 p.m. She is 3 and a half years-old, 2'5'', 40 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
Police have arrested a man from Richmond who is accused of shoplifting from one store and robbing another Wednesday night. Court documents say it started just after 5 p.m. at Purple Haze. 20-year-old Alexander Harvey-Ogento is accused of grabbing a bag of items and fleeing the store.
A fire displaced some people staying at a Lexington motel Wednesday night. It happened around 10 p.m. at the Day's Motel on Versailles Road. Witnesses say the smoke was so thick at the time they could hardly see the flames.

An overnight shooting has claimed the life of a Pikeville police officer. According to officials, Police Officer Scotty Hamilton was shot and killed in the line of duty. Hamilton has been a member of the Pikeville Police Department since 2006.
